Event survey and poll templates
Event questions have a short shelf life. Feedback is worth collecting on the day and close to worthless a fortnight later; a meeting poll is finished the moment the last person answers. These templates are short enough to be completed on a phone and can stop accepting answers on a date you choose.
The meeting poll publishes live results so the group can watch a time emerge, while the feedback survey keeps written comments private and shows the public only the charts — if you choose to publish results at all.
All 2 event templates
Each one is a working form. Open it, fill it in and submit it — nothing is saved — then build it in your own account with every field already configured.
Which event template should you start from?
These differ less in their fields than in what has to be true after someone submits. That is the useful way to choose.
If the event just finished
Start from the post-event survey. It fits on a phone, rates each part of the event in one table, and can stop taking answers a week later on its own.
If you are trying to find a time
Start from the meeting poll. Everyone ticks every slot they can make, and the live results show which slot the most people share.
